“I have lived here over 6 years. Never had a issue that Seneca or Priscilla didn't take care of. These two Women are knowledgeable and helpful. Every year they have Father's and Mothers day dinners and give out school supplies. I see so many negative reviews about rudeness and unprofessionalism coming from prospective tenants and current tenants who honestly don't follow rules. I want to Iive where it's quiet and people do as they should. Seneca and Priscilla ensure that we enjoy that peace. This property is clean,quiet and affordable for the area. The maintenance staff is good as well. Oliver is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to live this is your place.”

“Two words....T.H.E. B.E.S.T of the best. This is the second time Sarah sold our home. Our first home (in the 400K range) she sold in 3 days back in 2011. Our second home (in the 250K range), she sold in 1 day! Coincident? I think not! What's great about her is that she does not sacrifice quality, even if my second home is in the much lower price range. I can probably write a 2 page summary on how great Sarah Bice and Associates is, but I'll get straight to the point: - She is organized, quick and efficient. Her team, Alice, Wei Wei super duper nice to work with. - She is super responsive. Always picks up on my phone calls or responds to my emails within minutes!! - She hires a stager/designer to stage your home with awesome furniture/art work (free of charge, YES, FREE). After that, you don't want to sell your home anymore. I am serious! - She has a professional photographer who takes amazing photos of your home for the listing. - She saves you a lot of headache!! Always smooth sailing, never a delay with closings. - She emails you a list of things you need to do after you sell your home (for example: call you homeowner insurance to cancel. If it had not been for her email, I probably would have lost over $600 by not calling my insurance company.) Again, the BEST! I have been completely satisfied with her service each time and I whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone! “We rented the lounge area for my b-day party. The staff was kind and friendly. But the menu was different than they shared with us a day ago and the service was delayed than the time communicated to the contact person. On the good side, the atmosphere was really pleasant. There was a live DJ performance downstairs which we enjoyed a lot. The space was cozy and spacious. Overall we had a very nice experience. Recommended.”

Chuck worked with us personally and made sure we were taken care of. The property we rented was in the condos near Kiptopeke State Park. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. “My parents have lived in this community for almost five years. The management and the maintenance staff recognize my sister and me whenever we visit, and they look out for my parents. Furthermore, the building is well kept and maintained overall. My parents keep to themselves primarily, but my mother has made a few friends with neighbors. Those neighbors that I know of are kindhearted, compassionate people. I have told my parents to keep me up to date with everything, and if anything ever goes awry, they know my sister and I will handle it. The good thing is in all these years my parents have not had serious issues and that brings me peace and joy that we have not had to move them elsewhere. Aging parents can be an adjustment, but knowing my parents live in this building is a bonus. I hope the quality of Somerset does not decline.”
