“I absolutely love Chelsea Apartments! My husband and I have been living here for over 3 years. It's a quiet and safe neighbourhood, almost tucked away. But still conveniently located close to Fort Eustis, the I-64, 7-11, and a quick drive down to historic Yorktown. The property managers are great to work with - Shelly and Jackie are an absolute delight! I've never had an issue with maintenance, work orders are handled quickly. It is a heavily wooded area, so you tend to see more insects around here. It's a trade off for the beautiful trees. Management is good to get your unit sprayed when needed. The price for the size of the units and location is a big plus! We're moving and haven't been able to find anything worth the value of Chelsea Apartments. I would highly recommend living here!”

Maintenance comes out when you call the office staff is nice and worked with me to get into my apartment. I always feel safe and I sometimes don't get home until 2 in the morning from working at the hospital. If their are any issues you may have let Mrs. Linda know and she will definitely take care of it. There is no assigned parking so if your looking for anything negative there you go.”

Your Floorplan, dishwasher. Water, electric pipes or house hardwares, etc. Not kids outside the streets drunk or speeding driver, cat or dogs outside the house popping etc. For this yu call the military police. Also for neighbors problems etc. But... heard me out the manages are so item to listen and open to suggestions and guide you to the correspondence personnel. I hope this review help. Thanks”
