“This is my new favorite local place! The restaurant is in a nondescript location (a former bank in a quiet shopping plaza). There were a few patrons, but I expect that number to grow. This was an enormous menu, seemingly too ambitious to make them all decent. I ordered a Thai dish, my wife ordered sushi, other members of our party ordered various Chinese dishes. Everything was excellent! Even the vegetarian in our group was pleased; there is a whole page of the menu dedicated to vegetarian and vegan dishes, and these did not disappoint either. The prices were not terrible, and the portions were significant. The service could be improved, but overall a pleasant experience that I look forward to replicating soon.”

“My family and I were visiting from New York and were looking for some authentic Halal Chinese, and this was the only place that wasn't any of that Asian-fusion stuff, but real Chinese. The staff is very nice and polite, and offers an accurate overview of portions and what to expect. Hunan Village provided good bang for your buck and great Chinese food. If I'm ever in Ashburn again, I would definitely come here with my family. I recommend this to anyone who wants to eat AUTHENTIC Halal Chinese.”

“You can almost find anything that falls under the breakfast category in their menu. The quality of food was great. The quantity; good for my order, not enough for my wife and my daughter's orders. We went there on a Saturday morning which I don't recommend it if you can go during the week. People were standing in a line which is a good sign for a restaurant but every table's order took so, so long to get ready. The coffee drinks we ordered were more pretty than being tasty. Will we go there again? Yes but only during the week.”

A couple helpful hints...unless you are a college student with the munchies, their smaller burger is probably sufficient. Their regular burger is actually two patties. Same with their fries.
