“I am just letting everyone know what a fantastic store this is!!! The manager Franklin Omar Galdamez is the most compassionate and helpful person!!! My co-worker's husband had passed away and the funeral services were Saturday. I was unable to make the services due to being out of town and we wanted to contribute by not being able to be there, so we thought we would order chicken and have it delivered. Three hours of trying to find someone who would do it was a very difficult task, DoorDash & GrubHub would not take the order due to it being so large. I then went to KFC website to order and it took my order and then canceled due to the amount of chicken. I called the corporate office and they connected me with the Manassas location. Franklin went above and beyond to help me with the matter. He took the order and made sure that it was delivered to the proper location by the time it was needed and he never broke a sweat! He did not charge me for the delivery and that was amazing for him to do. Please keep in mind if you communicate with people honestly all things can be worked out. “Update: changed review! The owner of the restaurant called me after finding out about the issue. He was extremely professional and Apologetic. He explained what happened and offered to correct the situation. The food that I did receive was amazing and I will order from them in the future. Ordered through Uber eats. “I've never known such happiness. I got the family meal with yucca, spinach, and two sides of green rice and it was just heavenly. The portions are really good, I saw them fill everything all the way to the top and pack it in as much as they could. Also, I asked for 6 sauces, 3 green and 3 yellow, and I was only charged for 6, but it wasn't until I got home that I found out they gave me double the amount of sauce! They are so nice! I was really happy about that. This place is over half an hour away from my house but it's worth the trip to and back just for this amazingly delicious food.”

“I am from San Diego, California, and lived in New Mexico and Texas before moving here. I am not sure if this is Mexican because they have a variety of foods from South America. Plantains aren't usually in Mexican food. I had the Desayuno Baliadas (three flour tacos with beans, cheese, egg, and plantains). It was good but very different and it may have been the plantains. Something in it was something I haven't had before. It was nice to try, but I don't know if I'd order it again for a long time. Maybe try it without the plantains. I also tried their Desayuno Pupusas (I think with scrambled eggs with pork) that comes with what I think is a seasoned cabbage. That was good, especially with the cabbage. It's like a hot pocket kind of. They were awesome and gave me lots of hot sauce, but unfortunately, it was not spicy and I did not care for it. It was overall a nice experience, but I don't think plantains are for me in my Mexican/South American food.”

“Updated review - Our waiter was phenomenal. We were sat in the lower level with all the other families with kids, which we didn't mind at all. My son loved the Welsh rarebit, bit the sauce was a bit too runny. I think it needs a longer bit under the broiler at the end to get a nice toasted top. He thought it was grand, but highly suggest the kitchen used toasted bread before adding the sauce per the traditional recipe rather than soft un-toasted bread. That is my recommendation there. Chicken wings were good. Broccoli soup needed something more, it was awfully bland, but I'm guessing it isn't ordered often. Fish and chips, even the kids portion, was amazingly large. We ended up taking most of it home for lunch the next day. The Fried Eggplant sandwich was really good and can recommend. Lamb burger was good, although a bit too salty, but still very tasty. Happy to see some UK beer available, wish there was more. Glad to see the quality of food and service has improved over the last two years.”
