It took 45 min the other night for us to get our food. I saw only one car hop the whole time. That is not very good for business or for that one car hop, he had to be burned out.”

They were aware and had tried to stop me before I drove off. They offered to bring it to me at home and I told them I was 15 + minutes from them and I could take a credit but they said it would be no problem to bring it and offered to bring me a drink as well. They went way beyond to ensure I was satisfied. This company deserves 5 stars for this type of response. So many others would say you can come back and get it - and you know you can but really not much of an apology. These folks apologized and really went out of their way.
