“When a local social media personality became abusive towards employees, the shift manager stepped up to shield staff and told the belligerent person to leave the premises. When that character called the store manager as a stunt on a live broadcast, he was incredibly polite and invited the person in to discuss the matter professionally face to face. He refused to get baited into a staged profanity-laced, slanderous temper tantrum. If you're passing through the airport or are looking for work, this is management as it should be. Support those who support their workers and treat customers with respect no matter how rude and offensively self-serving they are.”

“Best dinner experience we've had so far in Cape Charles. The food was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and thoughtfully crafted. The staff were friendly and professional. We did have to wait a little to be seated, but that is to be expected being there is a nationwide staffing shortage, plus outdoor seating was unavailable due to high winds in the area - neither situation can be helped. They even called ahead to let us know that our seating arrangement was changed. This is a great place to eat for special occasions. Do expect to spend more than your usual take-out meal, it is completely worth it.”

“I am Active Duty and back Stateside for the first time in over 10 years. (Back story over) I came in alone and the staff greeting was a breath of fresh air, kind faces. They had genuine conversations and cared for what I said. The food was amazing (I got a steak and ribs combo) it was perfect. Ashleigh was my server, I believe. Best ever! The hostess was super kind. Cooks need to be kept. Once i was done eating, I found out that my meal was paid for already and the server was very good at not releasing who paid. 10 out of 10 Will definitely come back many times”
