“I am responding to the review that the boyfriend of the worker posted. Your girl friend was not an effective worker and that is why she was terminated. Our goal is to educate the children, so when a teacher constantly lie to stay home is not good moral. Every staff is paid on time no matter what. This facility is properly maintained and have no issues. In case you do not know, the building is inspected by the city every six months. We will not continue with this conversation with you as it is now a legal issue of defamation. Thank you.”

“Great school! Teachers are dedicated to maintaining excellence in education. All teachers are degreed, staff and principal Dean Mcgary are wonderful! Our child attended starting in K3 and has now graduated from TBA. Go Patriots! I would recommend this Christian Private School to anyone who desires an education in not only learning about the things of God but a well balance education in general.”

“My son goes here and he is now going to 2nd grade. If I ever had a problem it was worked out. I applaud the principal and teachers for all their hard work especially when dealing with kids that aren't yours. I loved my son's teacher Ms. Charland. She stayed on him and it was for the better. She had so much patience more then I could have expected for that I am so grateful. I look for many more years to come with McIntosh.”

“I've had 5 children go thru this school, and have gone thru 3 principles etc. I regularly go up to the school to check on my children, eat lunch with them etc. I have never seen a teacher get out of line. I have seen them get an unruly child together when they are not paying attention. I know bc I have one and believe me it's our job(my husband and mine) to chastise that child when he is misbehaving. What I can't stand is when parents go to the school and fuss out the teacher/staff showing lack of dignity and respect and why? Because they're not doing their job (training your child to behave inside and outside the home) I applaud the staff at Booker T, y'all should get to know them.”

“First of all, BEST DAYCARE TO SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO HANDS DOWN! We only left because we had to move to a different area due to my husbands job, but if we hadn’t we would’ve stayed until Kindergarten. Ashburn Early Learning Academy and staff were absolutely amazing with our kids. Kim and Adrianna, the center director and assistant center director, made us feel like we were part of a family. They were always so nice, great with communication, great with giving advice, and very professional. The teachers invited the children into the classroom with open arms and had a very detailed lesson plan for the day. They always made learning so much fun and interesting. The kids had very good stimulation, but not overwhelming. The school takes the Covid protocols and CDC advice very seriously. The school was always very clean and good classroom sizing and lots of space. They took teacher to child ratios very seriously and communicated well and made sure they had enough staff in each classroom. The playground was so much fun and so cool to hang out in! If you are looking for a daycare look no further. This is the place to be!”

“One of the best I have ever known...not perfect, but definitely one of the best. Most of the kids don’t take themselves too seriously and seemingly want to be there. Most of the faculty as well are teaching there because they want to...not because York County is the highest paying district (it’s not!).”

“The school is old and was probably built in the 1960s era but it is historical. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Tjere is plenty of security.”

“I have 2 children here now and 1 graduated. I definitely recommend brosville, they are great with the children. One of my children had a severe speech problem when she started, they made up hand gestures for her to do until they could understand her. She absolutely loves going top school there. Definitely Recommend!”

“Alpha-Bet has the greatest community environment. Everyone works together to make sure our kids get the best early education experience possible. They are always coming up with new ideas to change things up and keep the kids excited to come to school to play and learn.”

“This preschool has been such a blessing for our military family. It literally helped us transition here this past year. My rising kindergartner made friends before the school year while attending summer camp (they pack in SO much fun its amazing!). My daughter attends all year and loves her school, teachers and her friends. It is the perfect blend of fun, learning, God and structure. I know my child is in a loving and safe environment. Each staff member is lovely and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this preschool!”

“I enrolled my two children at MW 5 years ago. Money well spent! Emphasis on learning public speaking skills, respectful debate, character development and are taught critical thinking skills. NO SOLS a huge plus. And, the teachers coordinate curriculum to deepen learning. Love that we found a school in Midlothian where it's cool to be smart. Highly recommend.”
