They have responded to our requests when issues have arisen because they do happen. They have been quick to alert us about these incidents and steps taken. They also have truly cared for our children and helped them learn and grow. When I had my first child, I had lots of working mom guilt. They made the transition back to work easy because I knew my child was in good hands. When I had my second child I had no questions about the care he would receive. The way they adapted and made virtual school and daycare easy for us during the pandemic, as two essential employees, has been priceless! We couldn’t ask for a better experience for us or our kids when it comes to a daycare and it’s because of the people who are there with them every day!”
