I have had numerous bad experiences with moving companies from theft to damage. This was the best experience we ever had moving and we are retired military! The attention to detail packing and caring for every item in our home was unreal! Friendly, punctual and responsive are just a few words to describe them! They had daily inspectors on site and also randomly visit to ensure the job was moving along. The office was terrific, if I called they actually answered and took care of issues on the spot. They took a nervous family with a history of bad moves and went out of there way to turn our experience around! “The best storage in town with the nicest people. Very safe, police do rounds day and night. The sheriff came to my unit out of nowhere almost every time that I visit my storage after 7-9pm, until they finally knew my car and recognize me from tye distance..., too me that’s very good because it shows the area is safe and police care about their neighborhoods. I Never hear of any vandalism around. My storage neighbor has been there for over 25 years, some others for 3- 5-10 years. Jackie (property manager) is an excellent person that work with you with any issue. I’ll recommend this storage facility to anybody that need big space and privacy. I was a customer for over a year and returned the unit just because I moved to another city (03/2019) and my new place includes a big storage shed, otherwise I will still be there. You won’t be disappointed if you rent a unit over there. Thank you”

“Truckers, if you've got a 21:00 delivery appointment get here at least an hour early. Otherwise there's a chance the night crew will be lazy and won't unload you until the next morning. Other than that, quick unload, clean rest room & drivers' lounge that seems to be open 24hrs. Dock 11 is possible to back on to LH side. Just gotta line up real close to the trailers when approaching. Check-in is right behind the 3 silos. Park your truck on the street first then walk to the office.”
