Since we had a good idea of the floor we wanted, I was able to work completely over the phone and email with Eric from end to end. He was able to price the specific flooring we were interested in and provided answers timely. Wilmer and his team were just as easy to work with throughout the process. We actually had an issue with another house project arise that would have made the original install date not impossible but tough and Wilmer was able to move us back a couple weeks to accommodate our schedule. The carpet remove was no issues for them, but I know the ceramic tile was not easy, but they had no complaints. The install went quick and turned out wonderful! We cannot thank them enough.
