“I wanted to surprise my brother this year with a custom cake that he and anyone with nut allergies (myself included for most nuts) could enjoy equally, but I needed this cake to be 100% vegan as well. Luckily I found Rosa Bakes just in time on the HappyCow app, and her local bakery business stood out by being 100% vegan for the animals (which is truly a rarity in the NoVA area) The entire process from initially ordering the cake to picking it up was within the span of five days fortunately. Rosa did a spectacular job making this decadent vegan chocolate cake that was soy, gluten, and nut free! For an "everything-free" type of cake, the flavor was appropriately sweet with a deep, rich taste to every part of the custom cake. Nobody that tried the cake could even tell that this was an allergen/animal product-free cake (since it was so delicious and everybody could eat some). “Absolutely give Extreme Audio 5 stars if I could give them a million I would. First let's start with my initial call to inquire about a new radio for my jeep wrangler. Jack answered the call and immediately greeted me warmly with a welcoming tone. I expressed to Jack what I needed and he proceeded to guide me with patience and familiarity of the many options that I had for my jeep. I immediately booked an appointment for the next day. Brought my vehicle in that morning and Jack greeted me and explained how the set up would go. Through the day he kept me updated with the process. Upon picking up my vehicle that evening after processing my payment Jack met me outside to show me the complete installation and he even went over every detail of my new radio. Also answering any questions that I had pertaining to features and how to work this and that. He also assured me that if I had any further questions to not hesitate to call and ask him. I must say that I am so impressed and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. My radio installation looks amazing and I'm greatly appreciated of the time and professionalism from Jack and the installer. Highly recommend them and I will be back for any future additions to my ride.”

“I just want you to know that one of your technician's, JASON, who I saw this morning near Waffle House on George Washington Memorial Highway near the Newport News and Yorktown city line helped me out with some of the mouse and insect glue traps. I told him I was a customer of Accel, and I threw away three of the traps that were in my garage because they had mice in them and I took three from inside the house and put back in the garage. JASON was super nice and friendly from the very beginning and he gave me five new traps, JASON'S generosity and kindness were outstanding. I was brought to American Classic Tattoo and immediately knew I was in good hands. Daniel Langston gave me two separate pieces that were amazing and unique. I have many tattoos on my body but his were by far the cleanest and coolest I have received and by far my favorite pieces I have got done. He was funny and easy to work with throughout the process and they healed amazing. “The absolute best snowcone in the area that is more slush style than the fluffy light ice variety. They had a great list of flavors, but I highly suggest trying the stuffed version and any size is the best. Parking is a bit tight, but you can short park at the lot by the pancake shop next door. Altho not recommended, but at least your not sharking for a spot. The service is quick and thy have an order in and carry out window which they'll call your name for order pick up. Come grab a taste of an icy adventure your tastebuds will thank you!”

“Bathroom drain was plugged. I tried my 15' snake and drain cleaner which did no good. This a 57 year old house and this drain has always been a problem. The guys came the same day and skilfully snaked out the drain. Initially their 30' snake was going up the vent, so they removed the trap to get in (smart move) which solved the problem and did an excellent job. Drain now flows freely. Charges were time and material which saved me money over big companies like Woodfin who only do flat rate. Personal service is appreciated and I will continue to use Herman W. Allen, Inc.
