“Today was the first time that I had ever visited this location, and the store seemed to be perhaps newer. It was definitely less crowded than some of the other stores that I have visited in the DC area, and I saw a slew of employees working in the isles and they all appeared to be eager to help out customers. I came here today with the intention of purchasing a padlock. I walked out with the lock, a paint brush, a wire brush, and a tube of caulk. I could have purchased much more and I usually do, but I've learned to be prepared with a list of items that I need. My usual purchases are lumber and paint. I did ask for help from an associate to help me locate the locks. He quickly looked up the isle and location, and there they were, right where they were supposed to be. I don't live close enough to become a regular customer at this particular store, but I did want to give them a shout out!”

“They have moved their location only once, which its located now in Purcellville, but they still provide excellent service to the same areas as they did when they were in their original location (Gainesville). They now do everything by either phone call, or email and if need be they will come to you. Sometimes i had to wait a little bit for my orders to get done but they are busy and they have an order they have to go in , but their work is amazing. Their communication with the customers is stupendous.”

“Really great Barnes and Nobles ! Stopped at the Cafe for some coffee and snacks. They have a great selection and everything tasted amazing. They even had a buy a coffee get a book deal offer that I hopped on. The customer service at the Cafe and throughout the store was wonderful. Very clean place and well stocked. I've been to bigger B&N but it had a great selection and I found everything I needed. I even found some awesome new baby toys and cute blocks that I hadnt seen in Target or other major stores.
