They were extremely helpful, responsive, flexible, and patient (since I had about a million questions!). They walked me through product options, gave a recommendation on color and font, and the turn-around time was so incredibly fast. As a teacher, I really needed an affordable option for these backpacks (I ordered 6!), and 100% would recommend them for the quality and price. I like to visit Wegmans when I am lighting up the smoker. They always have a great selection of pork shoulder and the flat cut of a brisket. Sadly the Pub has permanently closed.”
