My hunts at Broken Horn have been “self guided” although I’m a rookie archer with 2020 my 4th year in pursuit. Every year with the help of Gordon and his guides I have had many opportunity with mature bugling bulls with my first success in 2020. Chasing elk is a tough game let alone with a stick. I don’t expect an outfitter to place an animal in my lap but rather I rely on my own instincts and experience combined with the outfitter’s to attain a quality hunt. I would certainly rate 2020 as a quality hunt with the amount of animals and mature bulls on the properties. I have witnessed first hand all walks of hunters stroll thru an outfitters place of business, some of which I have no desire to share a space with let alone a hunt. She picked up one reg Pepsi and accidentally grabbed a wild cherry pepsi. I went to the store today to simply and kindly ask to exchange the non opened wild cherry for a reg one. The woman looked at me with distain and was told No. I explained she got the drink for me and when i noticed one of them was the wrong flavor i had just dropped my car off at the shop and had no way to come back last night. I got my car back today and at my earliest convenience came in to exchange i didn’t want a refund. Mind you i live in the area and frequent visit this location and was still told adamantly No. i was told come back in the morning to speak to an owner i find that appalling. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Customer service was terrible.”

“David has been my only "pool guy" since I first installed my in-ground pool. I converted to a salt system. David walked me through the process. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He will not sell you something you do not need. I tell him I'm opening my pool and hand him a water sample. I leave with everything I need for months of happy water. When I close it, he gives me what I need and the next opening season it is crystal clear upon opening. My hot tub "required" an assortment of chemicals according to the manufacture, that was wrong. David gave me only two chemicals and my hot tub has been crystal clear ever since.I won't go to anyone else!”
