The choice was send the couch back without a timeline for a replacement, or keep the broken couch. I was devastated, to say the least. Until A & JAD's came to the rescue. Jad, the owner, was friendly and personable. He quoted me a reasonable price and together with his assistant, Henry, restored the broken piece to better than new. “I had an incredible experience with the guys at Radioactive. I purchased a Pioneer unit online because the chip shortage made it impossible to source directly from the shop. The guys at Radioactive installed it beautifully - the thing looks 100% stock. However, this is only a small reason for my 5 star (would be 6 if Google would allow it) review. I expressed an interest in buying some speakers to upgrade the sound and while it would have been an easy sale, they suggested that I try the new head unit for a bit first. They said the sound would be much improved because of the additional power and that if I still wanted more after a few weeks I should come back. I was so impressed that they passed up an easy sale in favor of putting the customer first. Absolutely first rate service and people. I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“The day I came home from the hospital with my newborn son I was surprised with a handcrafted bassinet made by Ace Refinishing. I've never seen anything like it in my life! It was in the shape of a moon crescent and it converts into a toy box for when he's older. They even put handpainted script on the side of it, "You are my sun, my moon & all my stars." Its so beautiful that I posted it on Pinterest for others to see! Just look up moon bassinet. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys!”
