This is rare - most local shops will refuse to look at the bike until days later and once they’ve locked you into the commitment of the service. We chatted, They gave me advice on how to do the service myself if I wanted. Felt much less corporate/money motivated than other shops and for that reason they’ve earned my business for the foreseeable future. Great beer to - Thanks guys!”

The construction process was on hold pending the delivery of those windows and I was told the delay was almost 6 weeks out. I was referred to Russ and when I tell you he delivered? Believe me, he did. The most patient and go out of the way person I've come across in a long time. He genuinely wanted to help and ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner.
