“Took 1 minute in store to fix a phone issue, after being when I customer service phone call, and 30 minutes later the lady on the other end of the phone was still looking up information, and the gentleman at the door of the Verizon store wanted to discourage me from going in. I really don't care which way I receive customer service as long as I'm receiving it. The phone number for customer service when you have an issue is not providing customer service and Verizon needs to do something about that. The person answering those calls should have basic knowledge of what Verizon programs are at the very least and they do not!!”

“Been living here for about a year now. Quiet neighborhood and great location. They always communicate with you about maintenance inspections and anything else that you need to be aware of. Desirable management is probably the first rental property that I can say is very professional. All the way from viewing of the property to just checking up on you. You never have to worry about missing rent payment because they send out a friendly reminder. Rent is affordable for all their properties and in my opinion will not hurt your pockets. But you know what you can afford. Definitely will be staying here for awhile.”
