“? Last week I used Jim the Handyman for the first time readying a property to list For Sale in Vienna. Igor and Milton arrived on time for an 8:00 AM appointment. They were thoroughly professional and performed master level quality work re-grouting and caulking two shower surrounds. They removed old deteriorated grout and applied new that they completed by 3:00 PM. Igor and Milton removed debris generated from grout removal and performed detailed cleanup. I my opinion and experience price was reasonable, $520.00 for labor and $49.00 for materials for each surround = $1138.00 total cost.”

There is a sweet lady working behind in the kitchen by herself making all the food by herself. They have a selection of snacks, teas, chips etc. It is American/Korean food.
