“Fantastic customer service‼️ From my phone call inquiring for an item, to the actual meet and greet what the associate I spoke with. Sometimes items take a few days to come in. However, the way that you're treated in the meantime totally makes up for 24 to 48 hour wait time. I rather spend money somewhere where I know I'll be respected and not taken advantage of as a woman. Last but not least, the store feels safe not only inside, but on the outside. The outside is more important to me personally, because it kind of gives me an idea of what it will feel like inside. Although, it was not my first time at this store. The manager Riley a long with his coworkers; Specifically, one that wasn't even on schedule. They were very kind to me. Kindness is something that you cannot buy. I believe that actually made me spend the money I spent, and willing to spend a little more today. I liked this AutoZone prior to my visit today. You have to take the whole assembly off to change it and he was friendly and quick. They also checked my regular and high beams before I paid and left. I also felt the price was very fair. If they're back to doing state inspections by the time I need mine I'll give them a try!”

“I have had my newly installed Rugh's Roof for three weeks now and I am happy to report that I have zero complaints with the installation quality. Zero leaks after several rain and wind events since installation. I worked with Jeremy to set up the install. He was very respectful during and adherent to CDC recommendations in our face-to-face meeting. He was easy to contact and responsive to questions I had during the time from inspection to install process; and he was very helpful working with my insurance company. The roof install crew was very prompt- they showed up at the exact time we were told they would be there. They did a nice job on clean up too- rolling a magnet across the yard multiple times to try and pick up and lingering nails. Rugh's uses the Owens Corning roofing systems. I had the Duration Onyx Black shingles installed (50 year rated shinle), along with a new ridge vent to replace hat vents. All new flashing was installed as well. They also assisted in installing the flashing for four new sun tunnels which I was installing in conjunction with the new roof. Overall they provided a smooth and low stress experience for what I would consider to be one of the major milestone house projects.”

Secondly, other reviewers comments about slow service is relatively correct, but the new management is keeping stocks of produce and bread fresh. I haven't had a bad sandwich yet. I'll reserve full judgement once they've had a chance to train the new staff, which is friendly, and they make a good sandwich.”
