“My favorite auto zone thus far! I went inside to get oil for my truck and when I first got in the store I was not greeted properly and had to wait for an associate to help me when the store was empty but the phone lines were busy but as soon as Tyriek saw that I’ve been wait for some time he immediately stopped what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of. He had patience with me because I didn’t know exactly what kind of oil was needed for my truck and then educated me on how to add the oil into my truck. “Long story short, my husband and I picked up my car from the body shop only to end up at Autozone with a dead battery and a corroded terminal an hour and a half later. The amazing people (Cle and Tyler B.) at AutoZone stayed with us and attempted to get the old terminal off to put a new one on for close to an hour, even bringing us trash bags to cover up my windows that no longer could go up when it started to rain. When the general manager (Cle) realized my car required electrical work, she spent 20 minutes calling around to see if any shop was still open (at 8:00 on a Friday night) to help us. She ended up getting a hold of someone who showed up in 5 minutes and saved the day. Those wonderful people did not need to take all of that time (over 2 hours on a Friday night) to make sure that my husband and I were okay and that my car was fixed, but they did with smiles on their faces. I can’t say enough good things about AutoZone. If you need an auto parts store, head to AutoZone off 360 in Mechanicsville. There are still good people in the world.”

“3/4/17 update: I noted that the customer service was really good, right? Today, the crew evidently achieved a good rating and their manager made good on a promise to have a little pie-in-the-face managerial fun! I just happened to be there as they celebrated, and snapped a couple pics. What a great crew! This is just a WaWa right...? Nope. It really is a bit more. The staff at this place just always seem to be good-natured and they are customer focused. The coffee is GREAT and the food assembled fairly quickly (depending on the time of day) and is always good. Even their preassembled salads are good. Good, clean, consistent place to get gas and a bite to eat or drink.”

Below I have assembled a list of pros and cons to amply justify my score. Pros: • Clean Bathrooms • Friendly Staff • The ability to order either in person or at a kiosk • The variety of drink choices @ the fountain machine • The interior, though limited in seeing, had a refined look(pictured below) Cons: • My order called for a Big Mac, with nothing but cheese (also pictured below), yet I received it without cheese. • Though my fries were warm, other members of my party received cold fries. • Within the men's restroom, there were no walls or barriers on the sides of the urinals In conclusion, though there were a few minor hiccups in my experience, my visit at this restaurant was overall satisfactory. I would definitely come again!”

“Traveling back from Hatteras to Upper Chesapeake Bay. In the C and A canal and hit a log. I am in a 20 foot Cuddy Cabin. Murphys was the best. Had the prop I needed in stock ubered it to me at my location. Got there within 2 hours. I cannot say enough about how good they were.
