“Rusty is awesome! My capacitor on my furnace fan motor went bad on this morning (4th of July) and of course supply houses are closed so I started calling and texting all HVAC contractors in my area and he responded right away and told me to come on over and pick up the capacitor. He only charged me for the cost of the part ($20) and I went home and swapped out the capacitor real quick and now I've got AC. There was plenty of room for us to maneuver around & there was gas pumps for large vehicles like ours separate from the others. Extremely convenient!!! Bathroom has beautiful believe it or not. “About three years ago I had these guys install a remote starter. Since my car is parked outside, this was great. One of the best things I've done for myself. The starter worked perfectly for three winters, then it would start the ignition and not the car. I took it back to Car Tunz. “Payne Pools has always been very pro active with my pool needs and its water condition. All their instructions for me about treatment procedures have always been clearly written down for me to follow. Their recommendations have always been right on correct. I bought my current house with a pool already on the property. I was a complete novice with pools, never having or maintaining one. Payne gave me such good instruction on setting up and caring for the pool. Their instruction was superb. I don’t go anywhere else for chemicals and advice. One of the best perks is their free-of-charge pool water analysis. My local pool company only gives free water analysis if you buy something. Great family owned company!”

A sweet young lady, Aonjae, who was in the office that day came with me to try to open it and when she couldn't get it open she said that the maintenance person, Joey could get it open. I was afraid that a chair which was blocking the door would get broken but Joey not only got the door open but he also did not break the chair! Excellent service from both of these fine people!”

“I contacted well over half a dozen contractors regarding the work I needed done. Donald Sherbeyn was truly impressive in his knowledge and his ability to offer various solutions. The work was completed as scheduled. There was one issue, as I’ve found happens sometimes. I called Donald. He answered the phone and told me my issue would be addressed early the next morning and it was. I suppose the true worth of a contractor is whether a customer would use a company again. Wouldn’t have to think about it for a second to have Sherbeyn’s do work again. Truly impressive!”
