“I had the golf cart delivered to the campground for the first time, and when I asked the ranger how it works..she said they usually just drop them off behind the ice cream shop. So I called for more info, and the lady said he was otw and she would have him bring it to the camp site I was at. Well an hour later, I called back and she said it should have been dropped off already..and it was (behind the ice cream shop). The problem is you don’t even get a text, email, phone call to know when or where it was/will be dropped off unless you call back to back. There should be much better communication. Other than that, the golf cart was fine.”
