She always asks if I'm hungry and makes me something fresh with a bright smile. The other employees are amazing as well even though I don't remember all their names. Friendly, professional, and always ready to give a smile. I really don't understand the bad reviews here because I've been frequenting this 7-11 almost daily since I moved to Spotsylvania and every experience has been amazing, even when I spilled my hot coffee on one of the employees by accident. Honestly the best gas station experience I've ever had, and they'll definitely be getting Christmas cards this year!”

“CALL PURCELLAIRE FIRST! It's 100 degrees out and our AC unit was blowing hot air. They came out within a couple of hours the SAME day (No one else could, and when they could, the emergency fee was through the roof). No emergency fee, no up-selling. The same part they installed was literally 5 times more with the "big guys". Nothing but honesty and help. Determined the problem FAST and fixed it. Was 100% honest in trying to save us the most money. Did not even charge a full hours rate which is usually the MINIMUM a company will charge even if it 10 minutes. I will never call anyone else before Purcell Aire. Even tho they only have a few reviews online, I chose this company because they are not some big AC company who can afford a bad review, so I knew they would do their best to help us. They went above and beyond that. Give them a call first, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you guys!”

“This is really good ice cream and I enjoy stopping with my pup for a treat. I do feel it is quite pricey for the taste however. The taste could be stronger certainly. The last time I went there were small icy chunks in it that I felt could be improved. I had the sweet cream each time I went as I'm not one to venture out with other flavors. All in all, I can say that a few ice chunks aren't enough to stop me from going back and so I'm sure I'll visit many more times.”

“Without reading the response to my last post my mom and I decided to give the shop another chance. We were greeted upon entering and had someone come up to us while we were looking at blankets. The associate was very knowledgeable and helped us look for what we actually needed. It has been a decade since we have owned horses in Virginia, and what we really need is knowledge and suggestions. We have come back a couple times and have been greeted within moments of entering. The customer service has been wonderful since. Perhaps there had been a misunderstanding between the associates and us, it could have been a bad day. We haven't had an issue since.”
