The technician offered recommendations about my vehicle that wasn’t based on up-selling like I have dealt with at other shops, rather he had vehicle safety in mind. The manager and service advisor were both polite, conversationally pleasant, and nearly all of them offered some sort of compliments about my vehicle and expressed a sincere excitement to see my new tires installed. It is rare for me to find people so passionate about their jobs these days, and these guys seem to truly enjoy custom wheel and tire projects. I’m glad I went to RNR Tire Express in Hampton.”

Quickly helped me set up a test drive and a few days later I came back and got the car. He even accommodated my work schedule and let me come in before they regularly open to make sure I got my vehicle. There were some issues during the process on my end and Jesse was very patient and helped me throughout the entire thing. Also a very friendly and easy going guy. Did his absolute best to make sure I got the car with a good rate. Didn’t cut any corners or try to take advantage of me since it was my first time buying a car and even gave me tips for the future. Everyone else at JP motors were just as helpful and friendly. They all made me feel very welcome and eased my nerves. I ended up getting a great car at a great price. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and customer service that came along with it. The car was even being cleaned, gassed, and vacuumed before my purchase was even finalized. I highly recommend JP motors to anyone looking for a car at a good price. Rare to find a dealership that really looks out for their customers but I’m glad I found JP motors.”

Items aren't always where you'd assume they would be, which can he frustrating. However, I gave it 4 stars because the customer service was awesome. A Ms. Monique was personable and didnt shrug me off when I asked for help. She made sure I was satisfied with the products I was looking for and turned a chore into a fun situation. Stores like these don't make me expect much but good customer service makes a world of difference.”

Courtney and her husband are extremely personable, as were each of their (brilliantly named) children, although I didn't meet all of them. They installed night sights on one of our weapons and when it came loose (after some intense range therapy and an annual qualification) they fixed it for us happily. If nothing else, it's worth stopping to see some of their custom guns, many of which are INCREDIBLE and some of which are serious works of art!”

“This is the finest vintage/antique store in Richmond I've ever come across. The selection is discerning yet fairly priced. Since my interests lie mostly in vintage/antique Asian items, if you are interested in them as well I can say that they have a very impressive selection of Chinese and Japanese wares. When I went today for the first time, there were several examples of vintage hand-painted Japanese "soba-choko" Imari/Arita, the cups used to dip soba noodles into their cold broth. I informed him of my area of interest and he enthusiastically showed me a recent acquisition - a gorgeous ink stone with a dragon motif (I think it's Chinese, but I'm not sure). I should mention that the owner is incredibly warm and kind and will most assuredly help you with anything you need. Even if you are more interested in Western items, you're in luck because that is mostly what they carry. I absolutely can’t recommend this place enough!”

“On Saturday May 16 at approximately 8pm I went to this store on my way home to pick up some items for my wife and i. I purchased these item's and realized as i reach my vehicle my keys and phone were locked in the car. I Re-entered the store and spoke to the clerck on duty, Lorren. She was tottaly understanding and very kind going above and beyond for me. She offered the use of her personal phone so i might call for help. She offered a place to sit inside the store, wich i declined as they were busy and it was a fine night. I called for help and returned the phon to Lorren and thanked her then i asked if it might be possible to leave my ice cream purchese with her, she assented and said she would hold the ice cream inthe freezer untill I was ready to leave. Lorren came to check on me once or twice and asked if i needed anything. She took pains to make sure i was ok in between customers and her other duties. I am very grateful for her help and recomend she get recognized for her efforts put forwar on my behalf. Treat this employee right and you will benifit for years..”
