“I loved that this place was minority owned. The staff hair looked great. They were very accommodating and provided good customer service. At first I thought I was being followed around the store then I just realized they were being attentive and providing great customer service, which I'm not use to getting inside of the Korean/Chinese beauty owned supply stores. The wigs were VERY reasonably priced, I didn't feel cheated when I left out. I think I got a great deal, I got two wigs for the price of one! Highly recommend, would go back again.”

“Overall not a bad apartment complex. The management and maintenance team are friendly and effective. So far this summer my AC has stopped working twice. Both times due to the condensate line tripping the float switch and both times maintenance showed up in less than 30 minutes and fixed it. One time it was like 6 or 7pm on a Friday. Stuff in the apartment is going to fail and I just appreciate how quickly they jumped on it to fix it. Other than that the apartments are nice. My only gripe and is the main road that runs between all the buildings (Prices Fork Blvd) has a lot of through traffic cutting the main intersection and they speed heavily. The police don't come through here regularly. I know the management has tried working with them but there's only so much someone can do. So if you were considering this place I would try to avoid a unit facing the main street because it can get loud. There are also events quite often like food trucks and wine events and children stuff too. The pool is nice with BBQ grills available. There is also an Amazon Hub here which is very convenient. The gym is also nice. Walking distance to Kroger, Petco, great clips, Michaels and some other shops.”

“I've been a platelet donor for two decades, and never found anywhere as welcoming, competent, affirming, fun, or professional as this donation center. They're the quickest to update to meet FDA requirements and shape whatever is in their power to be compassionate and informed while ensuring that recipients of our blood products are as safe as possible. They stand head and shoulders over other blood drives or centers that do apheresis, though the Inova center down in Centerville is a close second. The fact that both Inova centers locally blow the Red Cross away in staff, equipment, policy, and environment is amazing to me, and I do totally respect the Red Cross and am happy to support them . . . But given the choice I'd jump at the chance to donate via the screeners/staff/phlebotomists at Inova every time. Last two donations at this location I didn't even bother turning on my podcasts or watching my videos or other things I planned on during a triple platelet donation. For nearly two hours, I just had wonderful conversations with the phlebotomists managing my draw/return and comfort. Amazing staff; it makes a huge difference.”
