“I went here today to get my wellness check to get my birth control renewed. I was nervous because this place has mixed reviews on other sites but it was actually super good. Nurse Practitioner Rita was suuuper great and offered to meet with me before i put on the gown so I'd feel more comfortable and she seems so caring and nice. Nothing hurt and she calmed my nerves a lot. Plus since no one trusts anything in franklin there's hardly a wait lol.”

“We contacted them for a possible leaking pipe. The plumber came out in a timely manner, however, after cutting 4 holes in the wall was unable to locate the leak. He said the washer was leaking which ended up not being the case. We called for him to return and was told they didn't have anything for 2 day which I didn't understand because they advertise 24/7 service and obviously obviously missed something the first time. We ended up calling a different plumbing company who came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem. The pipe that was leaking was going into the floor so there was no need to have cut the wall and exposed the pipes which will be an additional expense to fix. Poor customer service. Jordan reached out to me and quickly resolved the situation by offering a refund of the diagnostic charge which was satisfactory to me. I appreciate his follow up and willingness to resolve the issue.”

“I stopped going to Burger King in general because of a really vulgar commercial a couple years back, but we decided to give the restaurant a try. Last time we ate here, the crews seemed very distracted and uncaring. Fast forward a couple years and the atmosphere is very much night and day. The crew was INCREDIBLY friendly. They were all pushing to put out great food. They acted very organized. And the food tasted amazing.”

“Me and 2 friends visited today. John was an amazing tour guide for the farm. Very knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about his work, and down to earth. We arrived about 40 minutes late due to circumstances and it was not a problem. There was also a torrential downpour that caused us to be stuck in the Alpaca barn for about 30 minutes. It did not matter and he made sure we still got the full experience. The animals seem incredibly happy and well kept and their practices are as humane as I have seen. We learned a lot about the animals, got to hand feed many of them, and had an amazing time.”

I arrived right after they opened and the store was neat and tidy. This store is a further from my house, I have a Ross closer. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location. This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices.”

He obviously had infection too. Dr. Armstrong placed tubes in his ears. The surgery went very well. Everyone was kind to us. My baby is doing amazing now. He is happy and he is no longer in pain.
