Stephanie promptly made our appointment and told us there would be no charge for the inspection. We arrive early for our appointment and were greeted by Kevin. Kevin was polite,professional and immediately processed our car for the appointment. He then told us he would bring the car over after the inspection.We waited in the main sales showroom and were greeted by (3) people with a smile as we walked by to get seated. “Interior Painting Review - I just had the most amazing painters work on my interior upstairs rooms. Yup, I said MOST and AMAZING! I say that because I got a great price, excellent workmanship and attention to detail, and the best possible customer service. (So, you see why I felt I had to take the time to post a review!) The company I'm using is Kellco Painting. I know the price is great because two of three original estimates I got for whole house interior painting were 9k, and theirs was 6.5k. I know the attention to detail is fabulous because they show me their work each day, and I can see how they paatched my holes and drywall pops, went the extra mile to caulk my stairs for a crisper line, and made large settling cracks disappear! (By the way, if you haven't hired painters before -- most anyone can paint. But repairing these old plaster homes is an art.) And then there is their service. Well, they showed up the first day and I had (ahem) failed to do ANY moving or prep -- or even finalized selecting all of my colors. They didn't show ANY annoyance with me AT ALL! They moved all of my furniture, removed and replaced my blinds (oh, sure we can raise that curtain rod 3" for you!) and picked up additional samples to be sure I was happy with the color. For each piece of art they ask which holes I want to keep -- so it can go back up in the exact same place -- and which I want patched. I could really go on but this is getting long. Anyway, I hate it when I read reviews and all they say is 'great work' without any detail so I wanted to explain why I have these guys 5 stars. I think they deserve each and every one of them! If I ever need to paint again, I'm calling CJ, nephew of the owner. He has been an absolute saint. Oh! BTW, for those of you with pets - they are pet friendly!! They worked AROUND my sleeping 17yo cat and don't freak out at my dogs! I give them a huge thumbs up. Definitely will do again. But hopefully not soon! Painting sucks! Linda”

“Laundry (a week into 2 week vacation) close to room. Machine was cl ean, easy to use and large for a stack unit. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good options at breakfast. Area seemed safe and was close to shopping, gas, eating establishments. My husband left his Rx and when we called, desk said they had it and manager would mail it to our home address. An above and beyond, thank you.”

“My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. My sister was pleased with the excellent service provided by Bob, who is a Mercedes Certified Mechanic. She was told she needed both front and rear brakes, but Bob said it only needed rear brakes. He also cleaned her headlight instead of replacing it. It cost her a lot less than what she had anticipated! My Benz was due for maintenance, so I called Global. Again, RT was professional and courteous, and told me I could drop my car off at my convenience. The required maintenance was performed by Bob in a timely manner. Like my sister, I was very pleased with the whole experience! Just before Christmas, I needed my tires on my Jeep inflated properly and I called Global Automotive. RT, again courteous and professional, said I could bring it in that day. While I was there, I pointed out a little scuff on the front bumper I had gotten in a parking garage, and he buffed it out for me. There was no waiting; it took less than 10 minutes, and my Jeep looks as good as new! Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, talented, and courteous! I highly recommend Global Automotive!”
