“Called to get a quote on a hot water heater and the company wants to charge you $90 just to get a quote. Then it's "Once you get the quote it's same day service". Well, that's not great for those of us who might like to consider their options. Overall, a poor experience that seemed too high pressure. Do not recommend.”

Mark who was my service representative was truly amazing with his honesty on my wait times and explaining clearly what needed to be done. Never before was I happy to wait while getting my car serviced 🙂 I was provided with a shuttle car service by Mark Springer and that was too service as well. Driving around Hampton with Mark S. made me feel comfortable and well cared for with very polite and pleasant hospitality. Overall 10/10 top service would highly recommend these two!! Thank you 🙂”

“I'm new to the area and I hit the drive-thru at 2am. You never know what you're going to get late at night. I ordered the tenders with fries and onion rings. Everything was warm and fresh. The tenders were tender and the fries and rings golden brown. Good prices too. I also LOVE that the cups have Scripture from the Bible on them! Proverbs 1:7. 🙏🏾 I'll definitely support Cookout.”

“The sales person that came to my house to look at my bathroom was not well informed about what they could do. He went over everything with me about the materials, how they would do the changes from tub to walk-in shower. The reason I say he was not well informed is, when I told him that there may not be a sub walk and that there may be some damage behind the shower wall. I ask what would happen in that case. He told me that what ever they come across it would be taken care of. He gave me a time when the materials would be in and when the job would be done. That was 8/23 for materials and done by the end of day on 8/30. I got the call that the materials was in but the day of insulation was 10/5. The gentleman that came to do the installation was very nice good customer service. He explained thing to be about how he was going to do the installation. He got to the point of taking out the old backsplash and from some subfloor damage and structural damage. He told me that there was nothing he could do because the company doesn’t do the kind of work. I informed him what I was told the day the sales person came. He was very informing on what I had to do before he could finish the bathroom. I had to find someone to fix that, after I was told they could fix what ever they needed. I was with out a shower for days. I call to speak to someone but got the runaround. That person I was told I need to speak to was Chris. Never got a call back from him. The walk-in shower looks great. The sale person are not informed or just don’t know. I would give the salesperson a two star , the installation gentlemen a five star. Chris is not a good special project representative. He never returned any of my 4 calls to him.”

I have never met a massage therapist that was so in tune with his/her clients as Kim was with myself. She took extra time in caring for my needs. She went in depth by explaining her treatments and the reasons why. She is FULL of knowledge! I can not say enough great things about her. I walked in and did not know she had a small STORE FULL OF ALL NATURAL PRODUCTS!! There are plenty of books and knowledge on all the products in the store!
