Quickly helped me set up a test drive and a few days later I came back and got the car. He even accommodated my work schedule and let me come in before they regularly open to make sure I got my vehicle. There were some issues during the process on my end and Jesse was very patient and helped me throughout the entire thing. Also a very friendly and easy going guy. Did his absolute best to make sure I got the car with a good rate. Didn’t cut any corners or try to take advantage of me since it was my first time buying a car and even gave me tips for the future. Everyone else at JP motors were just as helpful and friendly. They all made me feel very welcome and eased my nerves. I ended up getting a great car at a great price. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and customer service that came along with it. The car was even being cleaned, gassed, and vacuumed before my purchase was even finalized. The only area they need to improve is the call back time for families who have an emergency such as infected dental problems. Its possible not to get a call back for help for 3-4 says and the person calling is suffering in pain. Other than that I am grateful for all their help.
