They will call you a few days in advance if per say your insurance company's coverage is about to end. They will let you know if a vehicle is ready for you to pick up. And, I unfortunately got in a pretty serious accident in one of their vehicles, and they were able to give me another the day I was let out of thee hospital. Would recommend to all who has/will need windshield replacements.”
