“I have been training at this dojo for several years now. I enjoy everything about it. The instructors are top notch, and I am appreciative of everything I have been taught. Switching from the Gracie to the Pedro Sauer system is broadening my perspective and refining my technique on a different level. The dojo is always clean and the instruction is very technical. I will say that instead of only training 1 or 2 levels deep on a technique, we now go "deep into the rabbit hole". This allows everyone at different experience levels to get better. “I can only speak for the Radiology department as that is the only place I visited at this clinic. I was looking for another way to show them appreciation for their kindness and professionalism but I couldn't find any other way to send a "comment card", so Google reviews it is! Hopefully a team member sees this. But I was seen Nov 30 2022 for my anatomy scan at 8am. I didn't know where to go and when I asked Radiology if I was at the right place, the Corpsman there was very sweet and kindly joked that it *should* be and she will check for my appointment. After scanning my ID it took 2 seconds to confirm my appointment and check in. My radiology technician (she may have been a Nurse, I'm so sorry if I'm getting the title wrong) came to get me about 10 minutes after waiting and I believe she grabbed me before my appointment actually started. So really no wait time at all! She was so kind!! And she said her name TWICE but of course I forgot it the second I walked out of the clinic. I wish I could remember their names to shout them out individually. The whole experience was wonderful. I never felt any hostility or any unprofessionalism at any point. I'm sure the grievances in the poor reviews are valid, but I have to say I just didn't experience anything negative.”

“The staff is very friendly and the doctor is very patient and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I didn’t get a sense that she was trying to rush the conversation- I felt she was really listening. Although it would have been nice to ultimately go in with my pet- with little children at home- I had four littles with me at the time of the appointment, curbside service made it possible and bearable with kids in tow. If its wasn’t for this, the whole experience would have probably been a nightmare. I guess curbside is really great if you are bringing more than just your pet.”
