Also Christy is extremely attentive they are all very knowledgeable and very helpful if you're in a hurry they can help you grab it and go and if you feel like you would like to stay and chat for a while and you need help with whatever else you it seems that they know just what to help you with ... Such a great little place! The owners, Diana and John are both very kind and always happy to help me find whatever I'm looking for. They have a great selection of tinctures and supplements, and things like mushroom extracts and collagen.
