I have lived here for about 3 years . I enjoy living here because of the peaceful setting. It has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and all of the residents seem very friendly. There are rules and the manager, Shirley, does her best to enforce them. But she is understanding and is willing to work with you. It is because of these rules and the compitant manager that the Country Manor remains such a pleasant place to live.
I have lived here for about five years now. The park is very quiet, with minimal traffic. My biggest complaint would be finding dog feces in my yard constantly and that the unleashed dogs continue to "mark" (urine) on my front door and front of my house.
I am disappointed with the way some of the residents are allowed to leave their yards in a manner that detracts from the parks curbside appeal. I have worked hard to make all improvements asked of me, some to great financial expense, yet other properties are an embarrassment to the park and have not changed in the five years I have lived here. I also am disappointed to know the extent I have to go through with the park in order to make any minor landscape improvements, such as planting a small rose bush or azalea, and yet others can leave their property and landscape a frightful mess.
As for Shirley, the park manager, I have never had a problem with her and find her to be quite friendly and easy to talk to.
I looked at many other parks in Clark County before settling on this one. This was, by far, the nicest of those I looked at.
I would recommend Country Manor.
We have been here for 27 years. Rent was $185, now $605. IPG is the third owner since we came. The present manager, Shirley, is the best that we have had. For the past ten years she has been pleasant to us. The last owner, before IPG made rules that were difficult for her to enforce. Shirley did her best to satisfy the owners requirements. We believe that she always has the residents safety and comfort as her most important concern. I gave 4 stars, which I divide: 3 for owners and 5 for Shirley,
