(February 4, 2020, 4:09 pm)Very polite and caring people. My primary is hard to book with because she is so wonderful. Because of this, I saw a PA at a different peace health clinic who was less than kind and empathetic and had unrealistic return to work expectations. I couldn’t get in for a follow up in a timely manner, so the receptionist mentioned this walk in clinic. My first thought was “I don’t want to wait in a waiting room at urgent care.” She said “oh no! It’s not urgent care!” So I came, was seen right away and was not treated like a child trying to get out of a test, but an adult, fellow health care professional, with a legit health issue. I was shown kindness, empathy and understanding of my concerns. I will come back here if my primary doctor isn’t available next time.
