Rite Choice / Better Options provides very skilled, caring, competent and compassionate care for a family member. We are thankful for this facility and for the nice people who manage it and work there.
I have worked for Better Options for over 7 years. I love my residents, and have a wonderful relationship with all of the family members as well! I love the tight knit group of people I work with and the team we have built together. I’ve learned so much from this job and am still always learning new things. The management is amazing and are always helpful when it comes to scheduling my hours around my children. Any resident that would get the opportunity to live here will absolutely love their life and experience here!! Great place to be!
I have been a nurse for 3 years and this place is one of the best facilities I have seen. I used to work at Pacific Specialties and have seen first hand what poor patient care looks like. The staff here go above and beyond to make the residents lives more than just an existence. I can't wait for the 4th of July BBQ!
I’ve been a caregiver here since March of 2018. I have loved my experience here so far. The team we have established is absolutely amazing! I consider my residents and coworkers one big family. We’ve been through a lot of ups and downs but everyone is willing to lend an ear when needed. The owner is more hands on than any other place I’ve worked, always looking for our opinions on how to make us better. I love being able to have a personal relationship with my residents and their family. The ability to provide personalized care based on preferences by the people we are caring for is such a blessing. Can’t wait for the years to come.
This is hands down the best place I have ever worked for! I love all the staff, the office manager Krissa and the owner of Better Options "Faia" are amazing people! They truly care about there residents and staff and are always coming up with new ideas to make the home more fun, comfortable and uplifting. They are the kind of people who are always telling you how awesome you are and how much your hard work is appreciated! That's the kind of company anyone would want to work for! I feel so BLESSED that i was given the opportunity to join there team and I look forward to many more years with them ❤
