Jim DeBruler: Allstate Insurance

My family is suffering due to water damage but Allstate is doing a great job when responding to the needs of my family. I have been able to rely on my contact person and that makes the house issues seem less pressing.

They were very helpful and courteous. When I had trouble getting home owners insurance elsewhere, they made it easy getting insurance through them.

We’ve had our insurance through Allstate since 1980. When we moved from San Francisco to Vancouver in 2017, we signed on with this agency after reviewing its glowing reviews on multiple websites. We are very glad we did. Heidi has done an exemplary job for us, and we are grateful to Jim for having her on staff.

Amazing group of people working with and supporting Jim. They are always willing to help and very professional and courteous. This is the best group/company I have worked with in the 40 years I have been needing insurance for my home , autos and recreational items.....Thank you Jim and office staff !!

I'm insured with Allstate, but not through this agency. I needed to fax a bunch of paperwork to my agency handling my claim thanks to an awesome process server. Anywho, I called ahead to ask if I could use their fax machine and they gladly said yes. The lady at the office I believe her name was Elizabeth, didn't expect for me to bring that much paperwork, but didn't get annoyed by it and continued being friendly and treating me like a client even though she had nothing to do with this claim and didn't even know me. I even had a good conversation with Jim about football. Great service can't imagine how much better it is when you're their client.
