Most effective way I’ve been able to lose weight and get healthy. It was always just too hard to do it on my own and stick to a gym. But this isn’t just a gym. Its a boot camp. They’re supportive, they push you and you’re held accountable. By no means is it easy, your journey will be difficult, but you will have support and the tools you need. I lost 23 lbs by the end of my 6 week 20 lb challenge, along with a couple set backs. But they help you get back on track and get where you need to be. I love this place. And am so grateful to have found it. -

(February 20, 2020, 1:52 pm)I love The Camp! I haven't worked out in years. I'm so happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone 6 weeks ago and give this place a try! I found the gym and program that works for me! I'm addicted to working out and getting healthy again! The trainers and staff are all amazing and supportive. Everyone is willing to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommend this gym!

(February 18, 2020, 1:52 am)It was an uphill battle but worth it 100% I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a positive change in their life/lifestyle! All of the staff were friendly, very intelligent, professional, and aggressive(in a good way). I could have not done this without the help of the staff they pushed me to go harder faster and heavier. The workouts were intense but worth every moment. I did cheat on the diet one weekend and took a few steps in the wrong direction but I let the staff know and they told me how and what to do to get back on track. With their knowledge and assistance I got back on track and ended up surpassing the goal I initially set for myself. If I could rate this challenge (20lb challenge) and more importantly the people that helped me I would give them an 11/10. I am more than pleased with the way I look and feel! Highly recommend :)

(October 18, 2019, 10:19 am)I fell in love with the camp from my first workout. The staff is amazing, supportive, inspiring, and just all around awesome. The classes are hard, don't get me wrong, but you'll be having so much fun that you won't even notice. I love how every class is different. In the last 6 weeks I never did the same workout twice. Whether you are looking to lose weight, or tone up I highly recommend that you try their program. The diet is easy to follow, the classes are fun, you'll make new friends, and gain tons of confidence in yourself. What are you waiting for... Give them a call right now!!!
