(February 12, 2019, 9:29 pm)Master Sita Rai was in Kathmandu, Nepal as I Gold medal in forms and sparring with my son looking on. My family continues class instruction of this Olympic sport in the Black Belt club. I exhaust myself before coming to class to push myself harder. A former overseas USA military 6th black belt background once given special clearances to protect for my demeanor 41 years ago. I choose this structured school environment to help guide my son.
