Tyler and the FCI team have been exceptional in delivering our flooring accurately and on-time during our remodel. They have worked around several delays, communicated clearly, and the install crews have been respectful in our home. I’ve already referred them to others and did so confident that my friends would get the same experience.

Getting a huge home reno done is not something you take lightly, and after receiving quotes from a few other flooring places Floor Coverings International was the right fit for us. Tyler Chandler came to our house and not only brought samples to our house to look at, but, provided us a ballpark quote on the spot. We really appreciated Tyler not being a "pushy salesmen" and gave us time and space to ponder our decision. He was very patient and answered our many questions via email and text before we made a final decision and put down a deposit. We had our heart set on a Mannington brand vinyl a brand FCI doesn't deal with but he made it happen and got the exact product we wanted. I also had a vision of having my stairs done in a carpet/vinyl combination. He admitted his team had never done that before and after showing him a picture for reference he felt pretty confident they could make it happen.

On installation day, my only job was to stay out of the way and not lift a finger. While my husband and I spent a lot of time packing up our books, knick knacks, etc. before the installation, the flooring team moved all of the big furniture. They did so with a lot of care and consideration.

Our installation took 3 days (we had basically replaced the flooring in our whole house so this time frame had been pre-planned) and it went flawlessly. Both the vinyl team and the carpeting team worked efficiently and quickly. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day and treated our house with care and respect.

I always brace for a "worst case scenario" when it comes to hiring contractors and that the job is going to take longer or cost more than you were quoted originally, but neither happened with FCI. The job was done in a timely manner with some very talented and hardworking floor teams and we paid exactly what we were quoted.

We found the Floor Coverings International of Vancouver, Inc. easy to deal with, they didn't play any sale games or require other competitors quotes to give us a fair price for a good quality carpet. Fast, friendly and professional installation in one day. Would definitely recommend them for flooring needs.

I first met FCI at the Vancouver Brew Fest but we were not ready to purchase just yet. I kept their card and we called a few weeks ago to chat about flooring. Tyler came out and showed us all the options and we signed on the spot. We had considered Home Depot or buying the floor on our own and having a handyman install it but I really liked the full service and customer support that FCI provided. Financing was super easy and so was the installation. They did it all in one day we we love our luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Bid out my job to several contractors and ended up going with what seemed to be the cliché dated traveling salesman routine (played by the awesome Tyler) yet the experience was anything but. The bid came in under everyone else and Tyler brought all the carpet and padding samples to us making things much easier. We were not looking forward to having to go to another carpet warehouse and arrange pickup/delivery.

Once that was done with, the install team showed up and knocked out my stairs and a Master and 3 other bedrooms along with closets and hallway in record time and it looks and feels great! Short off-gas of 48-72 hours but nothing headachy - aired out really in no time.
