It was one of the better decisions we have made as they have done an excellent job of overseeing our property as if it were their own asset. They are conscientious, efficient, organized and do an excellent job of communicating with our tenant. We look forward to many years of working with Columbia and if there is any regret on our part it is that we didn't start this relationship years ago.
