Synergy was a positive company to work for with supportive management. As a caregiver, I felt both respected and appreciated. The office staff were great with communication and always made you feel a part of a team. I appreciated their willingness to work with my schedule. I have learned a lot working for Synergy and am thankful for the opportunity.

I would like to thank all the staff at Synergy Home Care for a wonderful experience caring for by brother in Brush Prairie ,Washington. He has dementia and needed special care for his medicine and guidance on an everyday basis. Synergy was there every day and never failed to communicate with me if there was a change and submitted the daily time cards to Prudential Insurance for Long Term Care payments. .

Without Synergy I could not have done this by my self as I live in So. Calif and with the pandemic I could not fly up to take care of him.

I wanted to take the time to let everyone know, the Synergy family and the general public who might need our caregivers, that this is the most wonderful place I have ever worked! I have been a caregiver for almost a decade but I have only been with Synergy for 2 months. I only wish I had found them sooner! They have a wonderful staff that are easy to talk to and go above and beyond to assist you in any concerns you might have whether it be scheduling issues or emergency issues. I recently had a flat tire and was late for my shift and one of the office girls (Katie) literally came to my house and helped inflate my tire so I could go to the tire store and then to work! Above and beyond. They try hard to match you up with clients that are a good fit for your experience and your personality. And as I result I care for clients that I absolutely love to work with! I love being part of their family and recommend them both for potential employees and potential clients. You will not find a better place to go!

This is such an amazing place and the people that work the vancouver location are sweetharts. I could have not asked to work with better people than them. Love ya guys!

Synergy provides me several days at a time of superb around the clock care for my 94 your old Dad. It's always a seamless experience into his normal routine. He truly enjoys having caregivers happily indulging him with hours of outdoor time. My time away is worry free by using Synergy.
