Taqueria Market

Sweet little unassuming restaurant inside a little mexican store. One meal was enough for the 2 of us. Very good. We will come here again. I would like to try the tosdas.

I always come here for their tamales and end up buying chips and salsa too. Both their sweet corn (vegetarian) and pork and chicken tamales are amazing.

I've also had their tacos once and it was great. Lady running the store is always on her phone but whatever. Food is delicious and affordable.

We stopped by just before closing on Christmas Eve. My wife wanted some Pico de Gallo seasoning and I was suddenly craving tamales. The nice people were very helpful and patient given that it was Christmas Eve and almost closing. The nice lady made me a special bag of 10 cheese and jalapeño tamales and the young lady cashier made sure we knew that one end had to point up when we steamed them. It was only funny because when we steamed them laying down on their sides they were still very delicious. Our steamer isn’t tall enough to steam them vertically. I’m hooked. I will be back for more tamales and will try the pork and chicken too. I think I will make it a Christmas tradition too. Thanks guys, great shop and delicious tamales.

The best Mexican food in Vancouver, hands down. Always absolutely incredible. Their carnitas are fresh, tender and delicious. The bakery also is also generously stocked with the most delicious sweets and baked goods. My absolute favorite food, ever. Love coming back here again and again.
