Oh my gosh! When was the last time you had a company quote you a price then charge you less?!? They were friendly, professional, completed the work quickly and charged us almost 50% less than another company we called. Awesome, old-fashioned customer service!

Gary at Big Sky Upholstery came out and repaired a seam in our leather loveseat within a day of contacting them. The repair is so perfect that you wouldn't be able to find it unless I pointed it out. And even then you'd still have to examine it closely. Jerry at Broadway furniture recommended them and we're glad he did. I wholly recommend Big Sky Upholstery especially Gary and will use them again for all of my furniture repairs.

Big Sky Upholstery was recommended to me by Karen at Cascade Furniture for an older leather seat cushion replacement for my mother’s favorite chair. Mary returned my call soon after I left a message describing what I needed & she gave me the estimate I requested. I took the cushion to them the next morning & picked it up that same afternoon! The cost was extremely reasonable & at the low end of the estimate Mary gave me. The quality of their work was excellent & my mother said her chair is more comfortable now than when it was new. Purchased a reclining love seat in Olympia Wa that was manufactured at Big Sky. Had some minor issues so I called Tony and got scheduled for an on site visit. Gary showed up at the appointed time and fixed the issue quickly. These folks are great to work with!
