St. Francis Animal Hospital

My dog had been sick for 2 days throwing up. After calling around Vancouver EVERYWHERE, the most common wait was anywhere from 12 hours- 3 days for emergency services. I had never been to St. Francis but their wait was only 2 hours. After parking and checking in over the phone they quoted me at 2 hours because the doctors were in surgery. They came to get my pup faster than expected and I was in and out in 1 hour. They were SO nice and responsive. I am thinking about switching from my usual vet to them. Very happy with my experience!

We took our 18 month old cat in this week after she stopped eating, drinking and was vomiting. Our girl had to stay for 3 days and required surgery. Dr. Talbot, Aliza and Ashley were amazing! Dr. Talbot also saw one of our other kiddos a while back so we knew we in good hands. Ashley is just so calm and made me feel like she was getting some good love while our girl was away from home. Aliza has answered all of my questions and over the phone, even helped me get all the medicines straight when we got home because I wasnt thinking I didn't write anything down in the office.

We've taken 3 of our furry kids to St. Francis and every time, the service And treatment are top notch. We found this place by accident when we didn't feel comfortable going back to our regular vet due to traumatic experiences for our other cat. St. Francis is different and we certainly won't go anywhere else.

First time using this vet, we had a somewhat emergent issue with our Peking duck. They offered a walk in appointment and we were still able to be seen within an hour. Price was very reasonable and I love that they have an avian vet on staff. Will definitely be making this our duck vet from here on out!
