I have used this company for repair of Roman shades on several occasions. Service is prompt and friendly. Everything was done perfectly. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Also did a great job of cleaning and re-stringing my blinds. The are like brand new! It was much less expensive than replacing them. They also fixed my plantation shutters, which were pretty thrashed. Highly recommend!

Repaired a Hunter Douglas blind for me. Came to the house, took the blind down, repaired it (they needed to order a part from Hunter Douglas) and brought it back and reinstalled it. Very seamless process for me. They were timely, very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided great service! What more could you ask for! I highly recommend them. In fact I am buying a new home and plan to order all my window treatments through them.

From start to finish I am 100% satisfied. I loved that I could set my initial consultation appointment online. Memo showed up right on time and gave me the quote as a total. I disliked that other companies would give me a quote for example for 4x4 blinds at a certain price and add more per square foot, etc and then I was supposed to calculate it myself. I loved just getting the total price right up front. Memo did a FABULOUS job with the blinds. They look brand new and everyone in the office was impressed. Even the blind cords look new. I would definitely use him again in the future. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everything happened as he said it would. I am a very satisfied customer, thanks Memo!
