I saw an ad for Elder Options in the Daily News and I decided to check them out for my father and I'm so happy I did. The services they have been provided are extremely valuable. They clean his house and help him with really anything he needs. I have recommended Elder Options to several friends and coworkers because of the great experience my family has had.
We selected Elder Options over other companies that offered similar services simply because they seemed so knowledgeable and helped to really put us at ease. They have been a wealth of information for our family and been excellent with my mother. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done.
We are very happy with the services my father receives from Elder Options. The main caregiver for my father is absolutely excellent. So patient and kind to him. We have had other caregivers that have come to the house to fill in, and we have loved those caregivers as well!
My grandpa uses their home care services and it's taken a huge load off of the family. They come twice a week and take care of everything he needs. He loves that house and his independence so much, I love that Elder Options allows him to maintain both.
We chose to use their services about a year ago, because we felt comfortable with them. They truly care about their patients and they have a wonderful staff. We love the caregivers they have sent us- they have honestly become a part of our family because they treat our grandpa with such compassion and love. We would definitely recommend their services!
