Hampton Auto Glass

These guys are amazing. The rear sliding window on my truck wasn't closing all the way and I couldn't figure it out. Dropped it by and they got it in immediately. Turns out I had some debris in the track (my own dumb fault). They spent about 25 minutes with it; got it all cleaned out and working properly and then didn't end up charging me. I couldn't believe it.

Really stand-up company and I appreciate the way they do business. The dealership would have charged me $150 and would've taken a couple hours. Next time I get a rock chip or something else happens that they can help me with, I'm going straight there.

I had used them once before and they were amazing. when I *thought* I needed a new windshield, they made sure I really needed it before replacing my perfectly good windshield. Turns out I didn't need one. They made sure I didn't need a new windshield prior to taking out my current windshield, and didn't charge me anything for their time or the fact that there was a miscommunication and they got the wrong windshield for my car.
*If* I had needed a new windshield, they had already worked towards calling around the area and doing everything they could to get the appropriate windshield for my car.

Hampton Auto Glass is amazing. The service was outstanding; the lady at the front desk was has the warmest kindest personality. She was so helpful and friendly. They also gave me the best price on replacing my windshield.

If I ever have any future problems with glass. I will be coming to Hampton Auto Glass, and I also will be referring everyone I know to come here.

Tabatha (yes, we have the same name), who I spoke with on the phone and who helped me when I arrived/picked up my car was FANTASTIC! She was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my windshield was fixed quickly. She also took car of everything related to my insurance claim, which I greatly appreciated. The windshield looks great and I am grateful to those who installed it as well. Overall, highly recommend!
