Extra Space Storage

Kenny, the manager here is amazing! Extremely personable and incredibly patient and fabulous. Helpful and works his butt off for the company. Would definitely recommend working with him for storage needs :)

We were looking for a drive in storage place near by and stumbled upon extra space. We reserved a spot same day and walked in. We were automatically greeted by Kenneth and Jeffery. Both gave off a positive atmosphere right away! Kenneth asked if we’d like to see the storage first, we absolutely did! We saw some insulation ripped on the top but Kenneth reassured us that usually when others move their equipment, it would hit the insulation but there won’t be any issues as far as leaks! Once checked, we went back to the front to finish the storage reservation. We had small talk which was nice. Our overall experience was fantastic, at best! We enjoyed their presence and customer service! Great job you two!

I rented a large storage space for my entire household of furniture and totes and random “stuff” while I looked for my new home here in Vancouver. I can say that Kenny and his team are great to work with: professional, friendly, helpful in every way. Special shout-out to Hailey at the front desk who helped me with a bit of an issue on Day 1 and was awesome. I highly recommend storing with this Extra Space location. Great all-around experience!
