So pleasant and helpful - Dave is the best Manager and our Carrier Justin is awesome -- this office may be small, but it sure does an amazing job! I feel confident that anytime we need their help, they are there for us! And, our mail seems to arrive and get delivered in a timely manner...always! Thank you!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Any issue I've ever had has been handled promptly and professionally. By far the best post office in Medina.

Needed a package that had been delivered, but no one home to sign. I saw the notice, called the post office a half hour later. The nice man there called the driver. The driver asked if I was home as he would be right past us 45 minutes later and would be happy to drop it off at that time.

Love, love, LOVE my mail carrier and Dave in the office. They are terrific!!

I don't understand the negative reviews. My driver is great, pulls up to the house if mail doesn't fit in the box. Chris and Dave are great at the post office, always professional and give my kids suckers. Never a long line like there was in Brunswick.
