“I have been a student at this studio for two years. Annice is an excellent instructor and Pilates has made such a difference in how I feel on a daily basis. I can feel it when I miss a class. The gentle (but effective!) toning, the stretching and core work have improved my tennis and golf games. There is a ton of variety in the exercises so that it never gets boring. And Annice is very good at challenging you to do as much as you can, but always with proper form in mind. Excellent studio. Highly recommended.”

“I trust no other mechanic more than Chris. He has decades of experience as a mechanic, and works independently so you can be certain that the work done on your car is always consistent. His knowledge and skills as a mechanic surpass any I've had experience with. In fact, after getting my oil pump replaced at what most people consider the premiere mechanic shop in Vancouver, Bartosh Imports, I took it to Chris to swap in a turbo and he noticed that my timing was off and the control arm bolts weren't torqued to spec (causing a clunking noise). Chris is very friendly, genuine, and he won't give you the "runaround" like most mechanics do. If you wish, he will probably let you watch him perform the work on your car, so you can be absolutely certain that it's done right. The only fault I can think of is that he sometimes is pretty busy so it might be a week or two until he can take your car in, but it's always worth the wait. I won't let anyone else work on my car except myself. I am not endorsed or sponsored by Chris, despite the obviously rave review. Just a very happy customer :)”
